    Hello,

The theme update should not affect this page.
Did you do any additional customization in files? Do you use additional plugins?

    Regards

I add a script on thank-you.php, then I remove it but still I do not have the order detail

Do you use a child theme? How does it work with parent theme activated? With a default theme (Storefront)?

    Regards

I do not use child theme, I directly change the main theme file, I’m going to try with child theme, can I just add the thank-you.php file to it? do you have a quick uide to create a child theme?

    Hello,

If you change files of the main theme be ready that you will lose your changes after theme update. That’s why we don’t recommend changing of parent theme files. Read here about child theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/32-child-theme You can find it in theme package or download from the Downloads page https://www.8theme.com/downloads

Before installation go to Theme Options > Import/Export > export theme options. After that install and activate child theme and go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import options file and reload page without saving settings (It’s important – don’t save settings after import!).

After that you can copy changed files to child theme. Use it if you want to add any custom functions or custom CSS styles.

    Regards
