  I’ve had 2 phone calls in the past 2 weeks of customers telling me they can’t order because the words are overlapping on their phone. I’m not sure which phone they are using but I had them send me a picture of what they are seeing. http://imgur.com/a/hQSLz

  I’ve checked on my phone, tablet, and several other employees phones to try to recreate the problem with no luck. It looks fine to us. Would anybody know what might be causing this and a fix for the problem? If 2 people are having the same problem and can’t order who knows how many other customers are having the same problem. I wouldn’t want to lose any sales because of this issue. Thanks in advance!

  whoops i just noticed i put theme version 3.0.2 it’s actually 3.0.2.1

  Hey Rose, it’s already upgraded to the newest version of the theme, also… did you see the imgur link i provided on the first post? That’s all I have to go on cause I can’t recreate it. I was just wondering if that was an easy fix if it was a common problem?

  Hello,

  I can’t suggest you any fix because I also can’t recreate the problem. But we have not such issue on our test site, so very likely the problem is caused by 3rd-party plugin or by some custom changes.
