Text issue in elemulator textbox. - by kwaice

When I am editing a text, there is a issue that the text will become invisible. I checked that when I click the textbox, it will automatically create several code. For example:

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
We do not have this problem on our test sites, so the problem can be caused by an additional plugin on your site. Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, then check the text. Let us know the result.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
