Dear Eva,

Trust all is well with you

I have a few issues which I can’t solve,
Thankful for your assistance.

1.
Smartphone: Text/word breaks illogically,

Product page:
Tablet: Image does not display in full,

I use following CSS.
.single-product-page .span6 {
width: 100% !important;
}

Product page:
Upon click, pop up image is not loading,

Goes black with text: ‘The Image can not be loaded’
Light gallery loads just nicely, at the same resolution and size.

3.1.
Images are Blur
I have tried all solutions, but nothing seems to help.

I have set Teme options to 1170 x 600.
Woo commerce settings: 960 x 960

4. Images Galleris in VC are pointless.
How Turn off the VC default image containers,and only use Magnific PP?

There is a huge range of options though the design of the container is completely off.
On both tablet and smartphone, it becomes literally useless.

2. Please show a page of that product.

3. Please provide us with correct FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

4. Please show a page with your gallery images.

1. Never mind the text now, thx.

Image can’t load, Blur, not loading full.

3. please see private content,

4. Req. galleries, All VC grids have same pop up container.
Only ‘Image Gallery’ has Magnific PP.

Hello,

Please update Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Also update theme to 2.9.2 version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

I have updated all and configured, though no changes in the Product page.

Product page:
I see there is an option for: ‘Revolution Slider Option’ – ‘Choose Slide Template’
Been trying to figure out how this works
Do you have a link to some description on how to use this feature?

Concerning the images try to set these dimensions for product images in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display:

Then regenerate thumbnails in Tools > Regen. Thumbnails.

Image could not be loaded, because you set Default Form Values for variations, but didn’t uploaded image. I’ve cleared them:

Please check lightbox of product image now.

I still struggle to et the featured image to display in the lightbox on the Product page,
Not sure what to do to make it display in the Lightbox.
What does ” .. but died;t upload the image” mean?

To make featured product image shown in lightbox you need remove default values from variations as shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/9eguu2
