Hi
in some pages (like “About us”) there is the testimonial widget; I saw the Testimonials menù in the leftside bar, but it’s only manual… Can I sync with Facebook or Google reviews?
Or can I set, for example, not to display the photo else?

Unfortunately, there is no such sync possibility.
Have you sorted out with the photo displaying http://prntscr.com/oefic8 ?
Also, Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin (Appearance > Install plugins > Install / Activate the plugin) provide 2 more elements – http://prntscr.com/oefhhg for the testimonials displaying http://prntscr.com/oefhuc
