Cand we customise Terms an conditions link to open in new tab, on checkout?

Now is opening inline and all elementor html code is visible:

Hello Tony,

We used TranslatePress to replace the default option

“I have read and agree to the website %s”
with
“Sunt deacord cu termenii și condițiile magazinului online >> termeni și condiții.”
and
“I agree with the terms and conditions of the online store >> terms and conditions.”

Flatsome has a simple option available. Maybe you should implement it:
