Thank you.

    Hello,

    This is a secondary menu – http://prntscr.com/n40dkp http://prntscr.com/n40f7p http://prntscr.com/n40ffs http://prntscr.com/n40frj

    Please set “Menu 1 level (hover, active)” color in Theme Options > Typography > Menu.
    The red bg color of the menu you can change in Theme Options > Menu > Menu Styling > Menu background color http://prntscr.com/n40csy
    Please clear cache and check Shop page now.

    Hello,

    Please find this code in Global custom css

    .secondary-title {
        border-color: #f9d441 !important;
    }

    and change the yellow color to desired one.

    Here is what I can see on your site http://prntscr.com/n484cn Have you cleared cache?

    Hello,

    If you build a website with caching activated you will not see the updates you have made, you could see the cached versions of pages. And if you published a page or saved Theme Options and then go back to make more updates to it like CSS styles, again you might see the cache version. So you run the risk of seeing old things you have already changed. Or you make an update, forget to clear the cache, review the page – everything looks fine and then the next time cache clears the page is not how you expected it to be. You scratch your head and go “how did that happen? I’m sure I checked it” That’s most likely a caching problem. To prevent files being cached during development, we recommend you to disable caching plugins and tools and completely clear the cache memory (contact your hosting provider and ask to clear server cache also).
    If the cache is disabled but something doesn’t work in Theme Options we need to explore the problem more deeply, but while the cache is enabled, it is difficult to say for sure is there a problem and how it can be fixed.
    Hope you understand this matter. Feel free to ask, if you have any questions.

    Regards

    Thanks, i have done just that. i contacted my hosting provider and clear server cache, and cache is disabled for now. I then proceeded to re do all the changes made to the theme options, and still no update. Is there anything else to try refreshing?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    As I can see, the styling of the menu was changed – http://prntscr.com/n4z4w3 Please describe in more details what exactly does not work for you.
    Also, there is Caching option http://prntscr.com/n4z5nk, so the cache was not fully disabled. Where these settings come from? Could you temporary disable this also?

    Hi, all that is really happening is the changes i make on theme options aren’t showing updating to the website. For instance, i haven’t changed any setting since my last reply and this is what i see http://prntscr.com/n5afq0 . Sorry for the hassle it just makes no sense. I have purged the cache and disable with my host provider.

    I also just tried to change the text color and header color to test the theory, i changed the red to white: http://prntscr.com/n5agsp and the header is the same: http://prntscr.com/n5ah4e.

    It may seem like i’m not doing the changes correctly, but i can assure you i am from my part. Maybe i need to re-install the theme and start over? Please let me know. If you would like to sign on and take a look at it from your point of view let me know. If not let me know if i should re install the theme.

    Hello,

    What browser do you use? If you use Chrome it could be browser cache. We would recommend you to install Clear cache extension to avoid problems.

    I have checked and tried to change the “All departments” text color https://gyazo.com/8ff0412e502bb33ad0dd8d8841ceccd6 any issues with this.

The demo header text is nice and large :http://prntscr.com/n6nfyc , how can increase my text to that size? i checked in the theme options and don’t want to interfere with any settings until i know. Last question, how do i modify the footer copy rights ? http://prntscr.com/n6nh2b

    1. Appearance > Widgets > After the products area http://prntscr.com/n7ra2v > http://prntscr.com/n7radr You can edit current “Shop Banners below the products” static block or replace the content of the “After the products” area by own content.
