1/ Enable Flexbox Container in Elementor:
    1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Go to Elementor > Settings.
    3. Click on the Features tab.
    4. Locate Flexbox Container and set its value to Active.
    5. Save the changes.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version!

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing issues.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I will deactivate plugins and try it but do not think the php version is the problem, cause on this eshop : https://openlab.gr.com/
built with your theme with php 7.4 the product filters also not working correctly are not visible all filters in a category on at shop page filters are displayed all. Anyway will update you.

    Dear @leveltgp,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that you currently have one template each for the Header and Single Product Builder because both are configured through the Customizer. If you prefer to use Elementor templates instead, you may create your desired templates using the Elementor editor and then disable the Single Product and Header options in the Customizer settings. This approach is also recommended for improved performance and loading speed.

Regarding the issue with the filters not displaying certain widgets, it appears that many of your product attributes are configured in your native language, and the corresponding slugs contain special characters. You can refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/LYH_39_Pt-1V. This behavior is explained in the description of the slug field here: https://prnt.sc/k4gVlGkZi3VX.

To resolve this, we recommend creating custom attributes while ensuring that all character and formatting guidelines are followed. Please note that this issue is not related to our theme; it is a limitation within the WooCommerce widget functionality itself. Additionally, since you are using default widgets in your “Shop Filters” area, you may observe the same issue even when using a default theme such as Storefront.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello,

Thank you for your message and clarification.

Regarding the filter slugs, renaming them to Latin or Greeklish characters may help resolve the issue and allow them to appear correctly. We recommend using only standard Latin characters (a–z, 0–9, and hyphens) in slugs to ensure compatibility and proper functionality across all systems.

If you need any further assistance or have additional questions, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

We have identified the cause of the issue you were experiencing: https://prnt.sc/8GtdmPXZPBg . It was due to the line-height being set to 1px in the Elementor plugin settings. We have removed this setting in order to resolve the problem.

Kindly check the result and let us know if everything is now working as expected.

Hello, I think I figure out why filters are not displayed in category pages. Perhaps because the menu is created with static blocks and not as default category menu? In this case how will I display the product filters?

    Dear @leveltgp,

We kindly suggest clearing the transient cache in WooCommerce. Additionally, please verify whether the widgets have been added to the default sidebar and test the functionality using a default theme, such as Storefront.

Based on our assessment, the issue does not appear to be related to our theme, as the filter area is utilizing default WooCommerce widgets.

    Best regards,
