    Dear 8theme Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to request your assistance with a critical error I am experiencing on my website.

I recently attempted to use a CSV importer plugin to manage my WooCommerce categories, and it has caused a “Fatal Error” that is now appearing on my frontend. The error message is as follows:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required …/wp-content/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/lib/autoload.php

Because of this, my website is currently down and showing a “Critical Error” message to my customers.

I would be very grateful if you could help me investigate if this is a conflict with the theme or if you could provide guidance on how to safely remove the corrupted plugin files to bring my site back online.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @DashDoor,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We appreciate you providing the details regarding the critical error on your website. Based on the information you shared, it appears that the issue may be related to the CSV importer plugin and missing files in installed archive rather than the theme itself. However, we will be glad to assist you in verifying this.

    Please try the following steps:
    1. Access your website files via FTP or your hosting file manager.
    2. Navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and temporarily rename the folder of the CSV importer plugin (for example, rename it to “wp-ultimate-csv-importer-disabled”).
    3. Once renamed, check if your website frontend becomes accessible again.
    4. If the site loads correctly, the issue is confirmed to be caused by the plugin.

After confirming, you may reinstall the plugin or contact its developer for further assistance. If the problem persists even after disabling the plugin, please let us know, and we will investigate further to ensure there is no conflict with the theme. Also, attach the url of your web-site as currently we tried to login to the web-site you previously shared but access was not correct and no visible notices are displayed on the web-site.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
    The 8Theme’s Team
