Technical Issue: Shopping Cart Quantity Discrepancy

    Dear ThemeForest Support Team,

    I am writing to report a technical issue I am experiencing with a theme I recently purchased from your marketplace.

    Issue Description:
    I am encountering a persistent bug in the mini-cart functionality. When a single product is added to the cart, the cart icon or counter initially displays “0.” However, once the action is completed, the mini-cart shows multiple items or an incorrect quantity, even though I have only added one product.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Make sure “Always Load “Wc-Cart-Fragments”” is activated in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins (for example, a cache plugin) is causing the issue.
