Technical Issue: “Error with ajax” when opening Quick View

    Hi Support Team,

    ​I would like to report a technical issue on the website/app when trying to use the Quick View feature on products.
    ​When I click the Quick View button, the product details fail to load. Instead, it displays a blank white pop-up with an “Error with ajax” message at the top left corner.

    ​Here are the details of the issue:
    ​Issue: Failed to load product data via Quick View (Displays “Error with ajax”)
    ​Device Used: Smartphone / Mobile Browser
    ​Attachment: I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

    ​Could you please assist in checking and fixing this issue? It currently restricts the browsing experience when trying to preview products quickly.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
