  Hi, my demo import ended with “media not installed 🙁 ” and my site doesn’t look like the Tea Demo. One of the reasons why is the slider on the home page wasn’t included, but when I tried to upload slider.zip, I got the error “slider_export.txt does not exist!” How can I resolve these issues?

  Hello,

  Thanks for contacting us.
  Your site under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
  Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again and at the demo content installation step don’t check all but media only https://gyazo.com/647b0452f7c5d8ddb3ebcf966506dcc0
