Targeting certain e-mail to attach file (e-mail id)?

    Good afternoon,

    I want to target the completed order e-mail to attach a file to it (the return form). How can I see what e-mail id I should target?

    Hello Nancy,

    To attach a file to the completed order email, you will first need to identify the specific email template used for these communications. In most systems, this is typically labeled as “Completed Order” or “Order Completion” email. If you are using a platform like WooCommerce, you can find this under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails, and then select the “Completed Order” email to customize it.

    Email ID is the types of WooCommerce emails, for example: customer_completed_order
    For this, you can look it up on WooCommerce documentation.
    Or you can regard the IDs listed below if there’re ones you need:
    new_order
    customer_on_hold_order
    customer_processing_order
    customer_completed_order
    customer_refunded_order
    customer_partially_refunded_order
    cancelled_order
    failed_order
    customer_reset_password
    customer_invoice
    customer_new_account
    customer_note
