Tablet Use and Footer - by Mark Worden - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, My site when viewed on an iPad isnt displaying the tabs element of VComposer. They show the title but the tabs beneath don’t display.

Something from the footer is also appearing beneath the copyright.

Both of these things are fine on iPhone but on tablet they are an issue.

Can you let me know how to solve?

Hello,

Is access to your site restricted?
We can’t view it getting the error “This webpage is not available”.
Do you have Firewall on a server?
Please check this issue with your hosting provider.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue:

Does the problem persist on Android devices too?
Please also check it with different Internet providers.
