hello can you tell me why the phone looks good and not the tablet, those 3 icons above?

Hello,

Because there is no place to show 3 icons per row in col-sm-4 for that resolution http://prntscr.com/q2a6ar On mobile it takes 100% width of the screen, so that’s why you don’t have this issue for the mobile.
Provide us with Dashboard access to check how you added that icons and help you to choose the correct column size for the tablet.
