    Hello, when I check out I receive the error message and can’t go forward. Can you check, please?

    Hello,

    Do you use any third-party plugins in addition to plugins bundled with theme? Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come with theme and check the checkout page after that. Do you still have the mentioned issue?
    If yes then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    Yes, I use other third-party plugins of course, in the private area credentials for access WP dashboard. Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    Everything works fine once I disabled all the third-party plugins https://prnt.sc/10izl35
    Disable them one by one and test the checkout process. Once you find which one causes the issue then contact plugin author to get help. We are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme.
