Syntax Error - by Jack Peterson - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Brand New installation. I got an error below. Please help. No plugins and Nothing else are installed except your Xstore theme package. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Please provide FTP access. If you don’t know your FTP host, FTP login, and FTP pass contact your hosting provider and ask this information.

    You provided FTP to empty directory http://prntscr.com/t5pj7w Check the destination folder of the FTP user.
