Switching to woocommerce - by lisamarie - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,
    There have been severally issues with get shopped commerce platform. Do you feel that if I switch to woo commerce, things will run smoother?

    If I do so. Do I need to rebuild the website?

    Hello,

    We can’t guarantee that after switching to Woocommerce everything will work properly.
    After switching you’ll have to reconfigure products.
    Also you may try some plugins, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/cart2cart-wp-e-commerce-to-woocommerce-migration/ .
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before.
