Hi there,

I seem to miss the 8theme Swatches at the widgets menu? I want to add a sidebar with the colours in the shop sidebar.

Make sure that swatches are activated in Theme Options.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

I dragged the swatched module to the sidebar but it does not appear on the sidebar shop? Can you check it out?

Hello,

You did not install WooCommerce pages http://prntscr.com/uu4jur Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab > press Install pages button and then check the shop page and widgets in the sidebar http://prntscr.com/uu4m1d . It should be there.

Hi, the pages are there, the widget is there, but I still have only the text of the options, not the colours themselves?

Hello,

I see that you use the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin. Our swatches filter won’t work for the third-party plugin swatches. If you want to use our widget then disable plugin and set the colors using our option for every term http://prntscr.com/uunghy
If you prefer plugin then contact plugin author and ask them if they have filter widget by the plugin swatches.
