Swatches images are not changing while i select any variation

    Hi,
    i recently changed to Xstore theme to enjoy and share all the features with my clients, but i am stuck where i received messages from clients saying that i do not have images for variations which i’m sure i’ve added!

    i found out that the images sometimes doesn’t change when you select any variation, i cannot tell when it happens or why but i’ve witnessed it myself, sometime works and most of the time doesn’t work

    We understand the issue you’re encountering with the variation images not displaying correctly on your product pages. This can indeed be frustrating, and we are here to help ensure everything works smoothly for you and your clients.

    To assist you better, could you please provide us with the correct wp-admin access and FTP access? Currently, we can’t log in.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Hello team,

    Yes i’ve used the plugin because i’ve many color set that are all saved on the plugin, and if i use the theme i’ve to set all the colors again.

    but when the problem of the variation images happened, i tried it and deactivated the plugin but the problem remained the same thats why i activated it again.

    Pls help
