    Dear Support Team!

I have noticed the following problem:

When I wanted to add an attribute filter to the Shop Filters Widget. I used to use the 8Theme-Swatches filter for this. Now I can’t find this widget in the latest version.

    What could be the problem?

    Have a nice day!

    Hello, @Trektor,

Thank you for providing us with access to your WordPress admin panel.

After thoroughly reviewing your website, we have identified that the issue is being caused by custom code modifications within your child theme.

To further investigate, we temporarily activated the XStore Parent theme on your website. During this process, we observed that the issue was resolved, and the XStore Swatches filter appeared and functioned correctly. For your reference, we have included an image in the private content area.

To address this matter, we kindly recommend reaching out to your website developer and requesting a review of the custom code within your child theme. They should be able to identify and resolve the issue.

We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
