    [Support request] – Interface error
    Thank you for checking and guiding me to fix this error
    1. The main Header bar has the phenomenon of misidentifying the device. For example:
    When viewing the website on mobile, the main Header bar interface is displayed on the desktop interface. When viewing the website on desktop, the main Header bar is displayed on the mobile.
    This error occurs infrequently but causes discomfort for users. Please help me check carefully and handle it soon

    2. Support for increasing sales: Quantity Discounts has now been installed, but when I click on the text button, I cannot place an order.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the menu on your mobile device. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to Xstore.
    2. Select Theme Options.
    3. Proceed to General/Layout.
    4. Choose Mobile Optimization.
    5. Turn it OFF.
    6. Click on Publish.

    After completing these steps, please clear your mobile browser cache and revisit your site to check if the problem has been resolved.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
