    Hello,i got a lots of issues for support

    1. my main issue is the footer page, is too confused and i have no idear to manage it following the documentation. On your demo is different and when the theme is install by customer like mi it looks different.

    2. On my website sign in area, there is ( search bottom ) found there, please i need that off

    3. i have been using loco translate for all my jobs, i install loco translate and it always show forbidden. means it can not be translate. on your documentation it talks about poedit to translate and i found that as wast of time.

    please help mi solved this issues. thanks

    I have submitted as requested, please help mi solved this issue about the footer, for mi to able to add ( About us, contact, policy, Facebook fan page etc.. )

    the second issue is about the search box found on the sign in page, i need that off, because it makes the that particular page look bad.

    the 3 issue is about how to make the translations in the theme. i will like to translate everything to spanish, because is gonna be used in spain.

    QR code that is found under products in your demo is fantastic , can you set just only one in a product , then i follow the steps to do the rest.

    As I see your site is working properly. We didn’t make any changes in your WP Dashboard and via FTP, we even didn’t log in to wp-admin panel. May we access the site now to help you with the issues mentioned in the first post?

    Hello,

    Still 403 error.
    Please contact your hosting provider support. Perhaps Firewall on a server is blocking the access.

    Hello,

    I’ve tried the method but after redirection to wp-admin panel this message showed again:
    Acceso restringido

    So seems some Firewall on a server is blocking the access.
    Shall we provide our IP address to add it to white list?

    Hello,

    1. I’ve created footer in static block section as described in theme documentation.

    2. Go to Pages > edit My Account page > select “Without sidebar” in Page layout as shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/aou7dx

    i install loco translate and it always show forbidden.

    Please describe with more details what problems you are facing with translation and show us screenshots.

    First of all am too greatfull for your paciente and support for my issue.

    I have install loco translate and activate it and i choose spanish language to translate the theme but i only get forbidden when ever i try to save a word translated.

    Hello,

    Have you read the plugin documentation https://localise.biz/help/wordpress/translate-plugin/beginners how to translate the theme?
    Please check if you set everything correctly.

    Hello 8theme gurus here is paul once again, i have almost complete the customizations, but the translate is still not working out on the theme after following all the proses. when ever i try to save a word translated always ( forbidden ) can you please check that for mi when you got shot time.i understand that 8theme don´t support 3rd party plugins , but as you guys got much idear about this. thanks

    The problem with Loco Translate may be related to your server configuration.
