Support Extension Request – Localization Contribution

    Hello,

    My support period is ending in 8 days, and I would like to ask if it would be possible to extend it.

    During my project, I translated and carefully reviewed thousands of Finnish UI strings for XStore. Before this work, Finnish was not available as a built-in UI language in the XStore skin. After my request and localization work, Finnish language support was added.

    I believe this contribution has created value for XStore and for future Finnish-speaking users. I am also considering preparing Estonian UI localization in the future, which could become another useful addition for your product.

    In light of this contribution, would it be possible to consider a complimentary extension of my support period?

    I also find it somewhat strange that I invested a significant amount of time improving the Finnish UI translations for XStore, and I am planning to create an Estonian UI as well. Both improvements increase the value of the XStore product for existing and future users.

    For this reason, I was hoping that my request for a support extension would at least receive a response from the management team, even if the final decision is negative.
