  Hello,

  I am having some problems with the theme and would like to use the support chat feature to resolve them.

  So, my support period actually expired, so I’ve extended it for 6 months. But the support chat feature is still unavailable (I turn it on in Theme Options, but then it turns off automatically, the message is displayed: “Sorry, theme support license has expired. Extend your support period on ThemeForest and then you’ll be able to get help from 8theme support team.”. (already extended)

  How could I start getting support via Support Chat again?

  I checked and did not face the problem with support chat. I just pressed On, saved the settings and got it http://prntscr.com/j385p3
