Suddenly wide layout en menu gone after editing

Hello there,

We are developing new website. Suddenly the site is wide layout and we can not edit the custom header anymore. The changes that are made in the theme-section are not visible on front-end.

Any thoughts?

1/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options and check again.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.

2/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with a screenshot illustrating the issue at hand. Additionally, please submit your WordPress administrative credentials securely in the designated private content area. This will enable us to thoroughly examine your settings and offer the necessary support.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Thanks for your reply. The site behaves it has cache-issues, though there is no cache- or other optimization plugin active. Also on server site the dynamic cache is cleared and no other cache-processes run.
