Suddenly We have a Internal Server Error in Checkout

Hello,

We bought a project, that was developed with your theme, that’s work fine, and some customer could buy with any issue, but after a while, started the problems, so we updated everything, but still the same error.

People can not pay in the checkout proccess, Paypal or Stripe, with the susbscriptio plugin.

We looked inside the logs, and we checked this.

We use last php 7 version, and all the recommended stuff to work the theme.

We don’t really know what to do because we don’t have a licence for the plugin, just for the theme included with it, can you help us to find where is the issue?

Could work if I delete the plugin and reinstall it?

Hello,

What version of Subscription plugin do you use?
Provide us temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site, we’ll contact plugin author to solve this issue.

Hello,

We have checked your site and found that problem appears only if WooCommerce WPML plugin is enabled and only for the Spanish version, on English version everything is fine. So, please, contact WPML support to find out why WooCommerce WPML and Spanish version makes the problem http://prntscr.com/hwhrdx .
