hi suddenly menu and other styling settings have disappeared. can you please check.

have lost the theme styling, dont know how, was just editing products and suddenly this happened. even the mobile menu is reset now. the only thing i did was change a Simple product to a variable and minutes after all settings were lost and there are sidebar widgets and theme copyright footer on site. please help

Hello,

It looks like you reset theme options or maybe made any DB optimization that cleared theme options. Do you have backup of your site before the issue? Could you, please, restore that?

sadly no.
just the demo settings got restored. can you please help me import that again. dont know why this happened.
Niche Market Demo without products and posts.
also without static blocks, because have all of them edited.
also please dont diable google ads plugin. thanks

Have imported myself succesfully, If possible can you please find why this happened.Thanks
also 1 sidebar widget(help) is showing just at pre footer area, when trying to edit that it takes me to single product page builder. i am unable to clear this.
Rest is all good.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove the widget from the prefooter widget area. I can’t log in to your Dashboard to help you to remove that. Provide us with the correct access if you need our assistance with that.

I can’t tell you the reason of the issue because I don’t have clear understanding of your actions before the reset. If you use theme options in the normal way there should not be any issues. This is the first time I see such a situation.

Also, make sure that your hosting provider does the regular backup of your files and DB.
