  Hello,

  The home has a Subscribe banner that has a code appearing. Do you have any code to the client to register at the store? Follows the print of the home: http://prntscr.com/8lz9ux .

  Hello ppeixoto,

  there is ‘MailChimp for WP’ subscribe form on your screenshot.
  To activate it you need to install MailChimp for WP plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/)

  Please specify your request about ‘code to the client to register at the store’- if your site has no registration feature enabled yet, first of all you need to allow the registration. Navigate to Settings > General > Membership and mark Anyone can register. Then create Register Page and set the page template (under page attributes) to Custom Registration Page.
  

  After that Register link will appear on top of the site.
