  Subject: No download access for my XStore license

  Message:
  Hello,
  I purchased XStore via Envato and my license is active and verified.
  However, I cannot download XStore from My Downloads — the theme does not appear and there are no download options in My Account → License.

  Please enable download permissions for:
  • XStore 9.x
  • XStore 8.x
  • XStore 7.x
  • XStore Core

  The latest version of the theme can be downloaded from ThemeForest as described here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-package/ or from this page: https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
  Please note that older versions of the theme are not available by default; only the latest version of the theme and the most recent plugin versions are provided.
