Subject: Need Help Finding and Replacing Slider Images

Dear 8theme Team,

Thank you so much for always helping me. I really appreciate your quick replies and the way you assist me with every issue. You have been very supportive, and I am grateful for your great service.

I wanted to update you that I have checked the settings for the homepage slider, but I cannot find any images there. I want to replace the demo slider picture with my own picture, but there is no option showing to change or upload a new image.

I also tried searching for the slider images through Elementor, but I still couldn’t find them. Could you please guide me on where the slider images are located, and how I can replace them with my own images? I need the exact image size of the demo picture so I can create my new image in the correct dimensions.

I have attached my slider picture for your reference.

Hello @DashDoor,

In the editor of your home page, under “XStore Slider”, you can view the details of the slide configurations and create new slides: https://prnt.sc/coqRYeUlHG3l.

By checking the “Slides” section, you will find a list of the slides you have created: https://prnt.sc/jyRDTCH48waq.

When you open the editor for an existing slide (for example, Slider 2), you will see the following options: https://prnt.sc/gyPtON03hJMa. As shown, there is an image set as the section background, which you can replace with your own custom image.

I am facing an issue with the homepage slider on my website.
I want to replace the current slider images with new makeup and jewelry images, but even after uploading the images to the Media Library, the slider does not update.
