    1/ To integrate the compare feature into your website’s header, we kindly ask that you follow these steps:

    1. Access your website’s dashboard.
    2. Proceed to ‘XStore’ and select ‘Theme Options’.
    3. Within ‘Theme Options’, navigate to the ‘Header Builder’.
    4. In the ‘Header Builder’, locate and add the ‘Compare Widget’ to your header.
    5. Once added, please ensure to save your changes by clicking ‘Publish’.

    For your convenience, we have provided an image below as a visual guide to assist you with this process.

    If the issue persist, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2/ Regarding the Navigation Label item image, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

    a) Navigate to your Dashboard.
    b) Proceed to Appearance > Menus > Main Menu.
    c) Select the “8Theme Custom Link” option.
    d) Under the “Menu Option,” locate the “Use Image Like” setting as Image.
    e) From the available options, choose/select the desired image.

    3/ We would like to inform you that XStore does not offer the Master Slider Pro plugin as part of our bundled plugins

    Should you require an update for this particular plugin, we kindly advise you to consult the plugin’s documentation for guidance on the update process. Alternatively, you may reach out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

    Let us address each of your concerns systematically to ensure there are no misunderstandings:

    1/ We kindly ask you to first follow the instructions provided in our documentation – Unfortunately, we are unable to check your site directly as it is currently in maintenance mode.

    Please provide us with access so we can investigate why the menu settings are not functioning on your site. To grant WP-Admin access, you may create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is set up, please securely share the username and password with us through the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    2/ The Master Slider Pro plugin is not a mandatory component; however, we acknowledge that some of our customers opt to use it. Could you please clarify where you obtained the plugin for installation on your site? As stated in our documentation, it is not included with our XStore theme – We provide the Revolution Slider instead. If you have purchased the plugin directly from its authors, their support service will be able to assist you with any issues. Additionally, we would like to inform you that if you are using Elementor on your site, we have developed our own alternative to third-party slider plugins. Here is a video for your reference –
