  1) Please describe the problem in more details with screenshots. You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot https://prnt.sc/
  Also, provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.

  Yeah, I see. I do not understand why I can not edit this. When I click, it does not open. Everything else works smoothly.

  What browser do you use? Try another browser.
  Maybe you have some browser extensions that block that option.
