Stuck in installing the plugins phase (on install theme wizard)

    Hi we are trying to install the TOYS theme but we are stuck after installing the plugins. It’s stuck at “Please wait, it may take up to 2 minutes.” with the infinity sign continuously spinning

    Hello,

    Provide FTP access to your site to allow us to enable WP debug and check files to find the reason of the problem.

    Hi Olga,

    Are you done fixing it?
    If yes – for example, when I open this new template on my mobile (android) is not opened properly. The navigation menu is shown… and you have to switch to the left to to see the home page… bottom line, not opened properly… can you advise?

    Another thing,
    I can’t save any page – or even create a new page

    Please try to create a new page – make it home page – and set its side bar on the right side – and just save it -> “error to save”

    We can’t connect to FTP and get the following error: https://prnt.sc/nz67hu
    Please check this.
    Do you have any limits for the connections from the other countries, any white/blacklist?

    Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M;
    – file_get_contents() function should be enabled in the server configuration;
    Then import demo content via Theme Options > Import/Export.
    If you don’t want to import all of our dummy content or just need separate pages from our demo, also if you can’t use one click import according to server settings Import of .XML files is your way. We included all the demo versions and additional pages import to XML files folder of theme package. There you’ll be able to see .xml files, Revolution slider archives. Legenda Theme Options can also be imported by copying the text file and pasting the its content into the Import from file field on the Import/Export tab in Legenda Theme Options https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/

    I’ve created a test page and get this error once publish the page – https://prnt.sc/nz6a1r
    As a rule, this problem doesn’t relate to the theme.
    Enable WP debug mode https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
