Hi,

I get the following error when using Stripe.

“Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”

Hello,

You are using old version of our theme – 1.9. Please, update your theme to version 3.8 to fix this issue http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

Keep in mind that you should use your purchase code to activate theme after update. Also, skip Setup Wizard after theme update.

Don’t forget to backup your files and DB before theme update.

Thank you. Is there a way to fix the problem without updating? I fear updating the entire team will throw off the existing design.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering. You may try to replace files from xstore/woocommerce/checkout folder by the files from the new version of XStore theme. If it does not help – update the whole theme.

Before any changes – backup old files just in case.
