Strings in Xstore theme options can't be translated by Loco Translate plugin

Hello, changeable strings values in theme options can’t be translated by Loco Translate plugin.
For example, I’ve found the same strings in Loco Translate plugin “your shopping cart is empty”. After translating, however, it doesn’t work.
I still have to translate it from Theme Options (Woocommerce (shop)/Cart Page/Empty Cart content). And the Chinese wordings would then appear also in my English version cart page.
Could you please shed the light for me how to fix the problem?

Hello,

Do you want to create a multilingual site? What plugin do you use WPML, Polylang, or another one? Please provide URl and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hi Rose,
I use WPML and Loco Translate plugin at the same time.
And there are still some translations that can be found in loco translate or WPML but don’t work:
1. mobile menu: “my account” and “wishlist”
2. There is a “Free shipping $49” bar in cart quick view.

And below strings can be found neither in WPML nor Loco:
1.when cart page is not empty, there is a string:
“Encryption ensures increased transaction security. SSL technology protects data linked to
personal and payment info.”

If you found the solutions, please tell me, I may try to fix it next time, thank you a lot!

Hello,

Go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate. For example – theme_mods_xstore-child > http://prntscr.com/szhrk6 http://prntscr.com/101tyo7 After that go back to the String Translation section and translate necessary content – http://prntscr.com/szhs2y
