After uploading and activating the XStore theme I get the following page display – see attachment.

This is an obvious error and should not be like this. I cannot access admin pages the normal way.
Also, the patcher is not persistant when applying patches.

    Dear @Cor,

We hope this message finds you well.

Regarding the issue you reported, it appears to be more closely related to WordPress itself rather than our theme, as the menu in question is generated by WordPress and not directly by our theme.

We attempted to review the WooCommerce logs; however, we were unable to access the logs page. For your reference, we have provided the URL in the private area. Additionally, when trying to open the page, we encountered the following error: https://prnt.sc/UhjbkKDFuic_

In light of this, we kindly suggest the following steps to help resolve the issue:

    1. Please ensure that the latest versions of our theme and the XStore Core plugin are installed on your server. If updates are needed, you may follow this tutorial: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/how-to-update-rate/

    2. If possible, check the error logs on your server. This may help identify any issues or errors that occur when activating our theme.

    3. Verify that your server meets the necessary system requirements. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/X479GbwVMDMD

    4. For testing purposes, we recommend deactivating your current theme and all plugins. Then, try activating our theme and the XStore Core plugin to see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues after completing the above steps, we kindly ask you to unblock our access to your website. At the moment, we are unable to view your site, which limits our ability to assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hi Jack,
This strange display only happens when XStore theme is active, no other theme is doing this when testing.

    Dear @Cor,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly check the issue again at your earliest convenience? We have attempted to activate the XStore child theme and did not encounter any problems. A screenshot has been provided in the private area for your reference.

Please note that each theme includes its own set of widgets and elements for page builders. Therefore, when switching to a different theme, it is possible that some layout adjustments may be required using the current theme’s widgets, rather than those from the previous theme.

For a smoother transition, we recommend creating a staging website where you can safely migrate your content to our theme. Alternatively, if your website has not yet been launched, you may proceed with these changes directly on the current site.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
