    Hi,

Theme Options > Header builder > Header stisky > Sticky Type > Sticky.
If you are using a few headers, edit every header.

    Hi,

I mean that you need to change “Sticky Type” in settings. Right now, it is “Smart” type.

    Dear,

I do not see any problem with the Smart header. What browser do you use?
Do you see the problem on our demo? https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/organic-cosmetics/

    Regards
