    Hello,

You have some kind of server cache or problem with the server because one function that check requirements ( ini_get( ‘max_execution_time’ ) ) gives different result at different pages of your admin panel, on pages of our settings it displays 300 https://prnt.sc/11vhahv butr other pages, including WooCommerce > Status displays 70 https://prnt.sc/11vhetk
So, contact your hosting provider to find out why that happens.
Also, you have a lot of gzip errors https://prnt.sc/11vgzbu Ask your hosting provider to fix that.

    Regards

    Hello,

This is what our server support says:
They added GZIP code and –
It has been done for you. Now you should not receive error for it. You can check with your theme provider. Since the max_execution time has been set to 150 you should also not receive any error for it.

    In regards to this:
    https://prnt.sc/121v95f

Actually it is PHP time limit. The max_execution time and PHP time limit is different. So you can contact theme provider and if they want us to set the PHP time limit let us know the exact values so that we can try setting it for you.

    Please advice
    Thanks

    Hello,

Actually it is PHP time limit. The max_execution time and PHP time limit is different.

    What do you mean “different”?

The PHP Time Limit is the amount of time that your site will spend on a single operation before timing out. If you wish to extend the limit https://www.php.net/manual/en/info.configuration.php#ini.max-execution-time

And WooCommerce page status still displays 70. Set to 120-180.

Hello Olga I am now on a chat with hosting people they say they did what we asked for but still no change at of that 70 they send you this ling https://drink2l.co.uk/phpinfo.php could you please take a look at this and let us know ?

    Addidionally they said this:

    If there is any other parameter for the changes to be made then let us know where exactly. You can tell them we hade tried in .htaccess and wp-config.php using this line in wp-config.php set_time_limit(150);

    Thank you

    Hello,

Point is that we don’t understand why your site gives different results at different pages of your admin panel while ini_get( ‘max_execution_time’ ) ) function used to check the limit. That’s the problem. Your hosting provider could log in to your Dashboard and check by themselves. And it’s not related to our theme because even if you enable the default theme and go to WooCommerce > Status and check the PHP time limit you’ll see 70 instead of 150 that your hosting provider changed. Anyway, if you are sure that the requirements are ok then just ignore the orange icon.

    Hello,

I am entirely not sure about the whole theme Olga, but trying to get on with it trying everything
starting from paid plugins to get make it work because we spend al of time working on it, even though this is this still not working properly, the theme is suggesting that some requirements are not compatible why you trying to blame me in the end I don’t really understand….

Shall i just in ignore that this theme its still slow and loads like a snail on a track ?

    Hello,

I don’t blame you in any way, maybe you understood my words in a different way than I meant, then take my apologies. I just try to explain that that function gives different results about server limits on different pages and it’s not related to the theme because it happens even with the default WordPress theme.
We do understand the issue with the theme speed and your disappointment about this and our team is working hard to improve it. Unfortunately, major theme update with radical speed improvement planned only for July – August because we need to test everything and keep all the features that theme has.
