Store notification (WooCommerce Shop section)

Hello,

When the user has read and closed the store notification at the top of the page, the space previously occupied by this notification remains empty and takes up space on the display, but does not disappear as required: https://prnt.sc/qh84gr -> https://prnt.sc/qh84rk

The same thing happens on mobile: https://prnt.sc/qh87jy -> https://prnt.sc/qh87tu

How to make this area disappear and not take up space on the display after closing?
