When items are added to the shopping cart from this page: https://2kidspublishing.com/store/. The items appear to be added to the shopping bag in the top right-hand corner. It tallies up the price and total items in the bag.

But, when the user goes to check-out, the items are simply not there.

We first noticed the problem on Safari in particular, but I’m experiencing it in Chrome today?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello

Please try to disable all 3-d part plugins, clear browser and site cache, and check the issue.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello Rose,

I just checked and there are no 3-d cart plugins installed.

Can you please check the website and see for your self?

    Here is the procedure:

Delete all cookies and clear your browser cache.
Go to store and add any item to cart.
    Proceed to checkout page.
Now go back to store and add another product to cart (you will see the cart total change in the upper right corner)
    Proceed to checkout page.

You will notice that the last item you added is no longer there and only the original product you added is in the cart.

    Using Royal Theme 2.8
    Woocommerce 2.6.11

    Hello,

I’ve followed the steps you described and don’t see the problem on checkout page. Here is the screenshot where you can see both products are there http://prntscr.com/dnd1jk

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
