Stock Management Not Working - by sweetdude

    Hi,

    Since updating to 1.7 I have one more issue.

    Once an item is out of stock it does not hide the item from the website.

    For my settings I have:
    . Enable stock management ticked.
    . When creating a product I have Enable stock management at product level ticked and I have it as only 1 item.
    . Allow back-orders as ‘Do not allow’.

    However I do a test item for 1p and buy it and pay but it is still in stock. Can you please look into this.

    Hello,

    Please disable Ajax “Add to Cart” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add To Cart” > Off and check products after that.

    Hi Eva,

    I have done that and added a new product to test and still it does not work.

    Do you have another solution?

    Hello,

    I added a product to the cart and after the second trying to add the same product to the cart again I received a message that a product can’t be added.
    Please clear your browser cache and check again or check it in another browser.

    Hi Eva,

    I have cleared cache even used Tor browser yet it still is not working.

    Yes I add to cart and I can not re-add that works BUT I purchase the item and even though it only has 1 in stock is does not disappear from the catalogue after purchase. I need it disappearing after purchase it was working previously.

    Hi guys,

    I tried again but the item does not go out of stock after I have purchased, I do not know why this is happening and the client keeps asking me to fix this. Can you please help.

    Please check if the issue persists in default WordPress theme. If it does you need contact Woocommerce support team.
