Stock issue - by Namaste - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    I am wondering if you can help, I have an issue with a product. I have one in stock, but when product is on cart a message shows up – 0 products in stock.

    I cleared all caches.
    this issue doesn’t affect other products where there is just one in stock. Any advice?

    Hello,

    Provide us with screenshots of the problem and the URL of the mentioned product.
    How does it work when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated?

    Hi,

    I don’t know because I don’t want to activate storefront. Method of switching off all plugins and reverting to storefront is a horrible way to find fix. It is like please put your house down and rebuild it.

    Hello

    Try to select “Always show stock” in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > inventory to display how many products are in stock. https://prnt.sc/110w5m4

    Also check this option to any other product and let us know if you issue was fixed.

    It is just this product. For now..

    Other where there is one in stock are not affected. This is our bestseller – we sold it out to 0 many times. No problems before.

    But Roller do akupresury + mapa masażu YOGATTRACTIVE from your previous screenshot https://snipboard.io/nlVXMj.jpg is out of stock https://prnt.sc/11pjvh1
    If you added that product to your cart but somebody bought it before you finish the checkout process then you’ll get that message in the cart. So, don’t understand the issue.

    Hi,

    Please look now. I changed the stock to 1, but still even though there is 1 in stock when added to cart I get the message that there is 0 and I can’t place the order.
    Something happens at the stage of adding it to cart and it displays wrong data. And it is not locked in a cart of a customer it is just the error (all possible caches are cleared and clients sessions as well.)

    Quick update. I have found the workaround but still think that it is a flaw/glitch but rather in woocomerce. Posting anyway for people who can experience similar issue.

    I had this product purchased by a customer who didn’t complete the payment. In the order detail I saw that the stock was reduced.
    In the product inventory after reduction I still had 1 available (which reflected how many actual products we had in warehouse)
    When soemone wanted to buy it system was kind of “claiming the product” not allowing to complete the order.

    I know that it is messy but maybe will help anyone experiencing similar issue.
    Issue resolved for now.
