We use the stock availability filter to display whether stock is:
    In Stock (at hand)
Not In Stock (not at hand)
    On Sale

However when you select e.g. the out of stock (see example screen shot) it sometimes does not display the red tick to show which filter option is currently selected. This seems to be the case when there is no products to be displayed for the filter option.

Is there a way to fix this so that it must always show which filter option is currently selected?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Update the theme and Core plugin – https://prnt.sc/wgqbsx https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

I have updated but unfortunately the problem is still there. You can go to Christmas lingerie, then try to select “Not in Stock”, it will show no products but the option will not be ticked. Also have an issue when you try to de-select.

Please log in and see if you can identify the issue.

    Thanks

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear all cache, check how it works then.
Provide us with temporary FTP access also.

    Regards
