Still can’t see changes when done on xstore theme options

Hello

I changed the top header/banner color from black to beige but the changes don’t reflect on the front end or ignognito. I tried purging cache but no result. This happened last time, how do I fix it and stop it from happening again?

Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache > Off.
