Sticky Header color changes not saving in Customizer

Hello 8theme Support Team,

I’m using the XStore theme (Cocktails demo) and I’m experiencing an issue I cannot resolve. When I try to change the Sticky Header background color and menu text color in the theme customizer, the changes do not apply.

The main problem is that the “Publish” button in the WordPress Customizer is not functioning properly:

I can make the changes in the customization panel, but when I click “Publish”, it appears to save, yet after refreshing the page, the changes are not reflected.

This issue specifically affects the Sticky Header settings, although I’ve noticed it might be affecting other settings as well.

It’s not a browser or site cache problem (I have tested in incognito mode and cleared all caches).

I suspect this could be due to an internal theme conflict or a layout error preventing the settings from being saved.

Could you please guide me on the fastest and most effective way to resolve this?
If needed, I can provide temporary access to my WordPress dashboard account for your team to check.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
