  To apply your changes for the sticky header you need to clear the server cache that you have. I can’t disable or clear it from your Dashboard because of the error http://i.prntscr.com/PeV43xDjQ4GguGnJFmUyOA.png , http://i.prntscr.com/-Sa7AtFFQtW4Dcpeo1yRlg.png
  So, contact your hosting provider to clear the server cache.

  I’ve contacted my hosting provider they cleared the server cache, and sticky header css still hasn’t changed

  Clear the browser’s cache. Probably you see the cached version of styles if color still does not change for you.
