Sticky chat button overlapping sticky cart product

Hi,

When using the standard sticky cart, the product picture and title are half-covered by the hovering chat button. How can we ‘move’ the product title a bit so those 2 elements don’t overlap? https://imgur.com/i0mv9JY
Also, we would love to be able to remove the little cart icon from inside the add to cart button: https://imgur.com/ZbQkPoW
