Hi there!
We’ve just recently installed ‘Sticky Cart For WooCommerce’ (https://woocommerce.com/products/sticky-cart-for-woocommerce/)
It seems that there is an incompatibility with your theme, I have tested this with the default theme and it works, so, I guess it may be causing incompatibility with your own ‘Sticky Add to Cart’.
I would just use yours, however, it doesn’t have the functionality we need (add to cart for variable products without scrolling).
Could you please advise on how to make this compatible?
Hello,
Describe the problem in more detail, provide temporary FTP access, please.
Regards
Thanks for the reply,
So basically, the plugin just flat out doesn’t work, it doesn’t appear on the website like it should do. If you log into the site and switch back to default storefront theme you should see the bar.
I have copied my FTP details, however, beforehand you did have a problem logging in, so, I have the WP FILE MANAGER plugin installed in the backend if that is easier 🙂
Our technicians will be able to take a closer look at this problem after the weekend. Please be patient.
Regards
Thank you very much Rose 🙂
Hello,
1) FTP does not work http://prntscr.com/tt0jbl We can’t get access to your WP installation
2) We have enabled the default WooCommerce theme Storefront http://prntscr.com/tt0cfq and checked the adding to cart http://prntscr.com/tt0cyq and did not find anything on scroll – http://prntscr.com/tt0f7o (sticky cart should be there, right?)
3) The same with the XStore – http://prntscr.com/tt0d67 , nothing on scroll – http://prntscr.com/tt0ff2
Please, provide us with a short video using Gayzo Gif tool to show us how it works with the default theme as you said.
And we have our own setting to show the sticky cart on the single product page but you can enable/disable it – http://prntscr.com/tt0gk3
Regards
Thanks for the update, really weird…
I just tried disabling the theme and it works for me, also switched back to XTHEME and its working… Did you change anything to make it start working from the time you sent this message?
Hello,
Nope.
Regards
Haha, very strange!
Well thank you very much for looking into it 🙂
