Sticky Button only scroll up the page when i click on that button

sticky add to cart button is not working.. when i scroll it shows but when i click its not taking me to the page that it support to send, it only scroll up.

correction i replace the sticky add to cart button with buy now

please also check how do i make all my hyperlinks on my blogs blue like it should be as default
